Among CET’s clients are foreign corporations entering the Regional markets as well as domestic enterprises in need of professional support to reach their corporate strategic goals and aspiring to become leaders on their own markets.
 

CET Polska has been continuously operating on the Polish market since its establishment in 1989 which makes us one of the longest operating advisory firms in Poland.
 

Over the years we have successfully completed over 600 projects related to strategic, organizational and transaction advisory. At the same time we have been involved in the management of Private Equity investment funds.
 

We have provided market entry assistance to companies such as: BP, Heinz, Nestle, Vodafone, Kodak, Sara Lee, Dixons or Smith-Kline Beecham. We have participated in the privatization and restructuring of numerous Polish companies such as Orbis, Petrochemia Płock /currently Orlen/, Enea, PSE /currently PGE/, PGNiG, KGHM or BZ WBK and supported various Polish firms in implementing their development strategies, e.g. Matrix, NOM (Niezależny Operator Międzystrefowy), JC Auto.
