The CM LIM Medical Center commenced the process of the selection of an investor in November 2007. From among the many entities that expressed interest in participating in the multi-stage selection process CM LIM chose Mid Europa Partners, a private equity investment fund. Mid Europa Partners advises on and manages assets of EURO 3 billion and already owns two medical firms in Poland: Lux-Med and Medycyna Rodzinna (Family Medicine). One of CM LIM’s main objectives was to obtain a partner that would enhance the company’s development under the existing brand. For over 16 years CM LIM has been holding the leading position among private medical centers providing comprehensive medical and health services to individual as well as corporate clients. The company offers its services to over 160 000 contract patients, possesses a network of 15 own outpatient clinics located in Poland’s largest cities and works in cooperation with over 350 cooperative clinics nationwide.
