CET acted as an exclusive financial advisor to shareholders of Inter-Team sp. z o.o. in a transaction that resulted in a joint venture capital co-operation with Nordic Forum belonging to Hella Capital Group.

Inter-Team is a leading distributor of automotive spare parts in Poland with annual sales of around EUR 70 million. The company is operating in Poland through a network of 25 branches supplying IAM garages.

Nordic Forum is a dynamically developing group of companies specialising in distribution of spare parts covering such countries as Denmark, Norway, Finland, Russia, Ireland and Baltic states. Combined sales of Nordic Forum, including Inter-Team’s turnover, stands for EUR 400 million.

Nordic Forum is a business division of Hella Group – one of the biggest German companies operating in over 30 countries. Hella is an automotive parts supplier that develops and manufactures components and systems for lighting technology for the automotive industry. Hella’s consolidated revenues amount to EUR 3.3 billion.
