President of the CET Polska Management Board since 1990. Has extensive experience in capital transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions. Participated in the development of numerous market entrance strategies for foreign investors. He has supervised all the key projects conducted by CET Polska, including the establishment of the Polkomtel consortium, the privatization of ORBIS, the privatization program of the power distribution sector and the development of an offset offer for the Grippen consortium.

Tadeusz Madej

With CET since 1992. In charge of managing transactions and strategic consulting projects in Poland. Advisor to, among others, BP, Amoco, Texaco, Comcast, Timken, British AErospace, Lockheed Martin, Orbis, PERN, Petrochemia Płock (currently PKN Orlen) and JC Auto.
Graduated from the Czestochowa University of Technology. Completed post-graduate studies in organisation and management and an investment advisors’ course.
His hobbies include cars and sports (volleyball). He is a former long – term professional player of the Czestochowa AZS volleyball team.

With CET since 1990. Has long-term experience in strategic consulting. Participated in over 50 projects realised for international corporations such as Pepsi, Heinz, Compaq, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Eli Lilly.

He spends his free time with his family – wife and three children. He is involved in sports and supports cultural and historical activities such as the Global Theatre Group and the Association of the Veterans of World War II.

Graduated from the University of Gdansk. Studied at FHTW Berlin. Former member of the BASP Program at William Davidson Institute of the Michigan Business School.
