In a market economy companies have to continuously adapt to new market conditions. Our extensive experience has proven that not only companies in financial distress but also those that are successfully operating on the market are at some point faced with the necessity to substantially limit their costs. In the case of the latter the company's rapid growth may cause its owners to lose control over part of the firm’s expenses. As such, clients who choose our services in this area include not only large state-owned companies but also dynamically growing medium-sized private enterprises.
We begin the restructuring processes with a thorough diagnostic of the company – its position within key market segments, realized profit margin, organizational costs with a division into organizational functions/ business processes. The diagnostic stage ends with a presentation and discussion with the Management Board on the latest findings.
Next, we develop recommendations allowing for optimization and improvement in the selected areas. This exercise results not only in cost reduction, including divestments (e.g. auxiliary operations spin off) but also in investment recommendations, allowing for more rapid growth or faster cost reductions in the future.
The fees of CET advisors always constitute a small part of the overall financial gains subsequently resulting from the implemented changes.
