Many a time companies associate the preparations for their debut on the Stock Exchange with writing the prospectus. However, an IPO process starts much earlier: it results from the undertaken decisions related to obtaining the necessary financial resources while the needs are the effect of the company’s development strategy. We assist our clients in the development of strategies which are likely to prove successful at the time of the initial public offering as well as long after its implementation. We coordinate the work of law firms, auditors and brokerage houses taking into account the manner in which their activities correspond with the business objectives previously agreed upon with the client.
