Optimization of business processes

 

The description (mapping) and optimization of business processes is currently one of the key and most valuable tools applied in the implementation of effective organizational changes within company structures.

The map of business processes, created as a result of the optimization process, may constitute a part of other projects such as:

  • implementation of the IT system,
  • restructuring,
  • operational consolidation,
  • implementation of new procedures and rules and regulations,
  • implementation or improvement of the ISO system,
  • introduction of the Management by Objectives Systems (related to the measurable results of business processes).
