One of the key objectives of any enterprise is the optimization of costs related to the execution of its market strategy.
Basing on an organizational audit, an analysis of operating costs, including that of financial costs and costs related to business processes, as well as an assets utilization analysis we are able to identify the areas for improvement of cost effectiveness and estimate the scale of the potential savings and their impact on the growth of company value. In the adopted approach, as one of few consulting firms in the country, we apply the method of business process valuation allowing us to allocate the costs and expenses to the operating results of core and auxiliary activity.
