One of our primary tasks when working with our clients is to assist them in the formulation and realization of their development and expansion strategies. In cases when further financing is not possible, companies face the necessity to acquire new capital. Our role in such circumstances is to advise on the choice of an optimal financing solution, i.e. whether it should be a strategic or financing investor, or the Stock Exchange. In order to choose the best option we often conduct a more detailed diagnostic of the company including an analysis of its position on the market, its growth and development possibilities as well as its operational strategy.

As opposed to brokerage houses and venture capital funds, we point to more than one solution. Moreover, in certain circumstances we provide recommendations to company Management Boards regarding actions that can increase the company's value before a new investor is introduced.

After the decision on the financing is taken, we assist our clients in finding a suitable investor. CET collaborates with about 150 venture capital and equity funds from all over the world and keeps databases of strategic investors that specialize in over a dozen industries.
